So here we are staying in Logandale. We have been here for a week and have another 10 days left. How is it going for us? Am I enjoying myself here at home with family. Good and Yes.
Some good things:
- After a few tough days here & accidents, Evelyn is back on track & using the potty well.
- Its nice to not buy our own food for a few weeks.
- We are getting tons of help with the girls. They have constant people to play with.
- Trent is getting paid to get his last internship hours for graduation.
- We are having fun with family.
- Being here makes us excited to move back. We are already making plans with how we will fix up our place here, and what type of house we want to build. Yes, so exciting to think Trent will really be done with school SOON!
Some hard things:
- We are all in the same room and wow it is tough. I dread sleep here, well actually everyone sleeps but me. I am up with Lyla, then if she cries Evelyn wakes up, then Trent is snoring. So between calming the girls down and getting Trent to stop snoring I am P O O P E D!
- It won't stop raining here, and I feel it is making me depressed a little. I was so anxious to get out of the snow and head down to dry weather and a little sunshine. Since we got here nada. Hope it changes soon.
- The girls sleep is a little off and I am spending all of my day inside trying to get them all the sleep I can so their sleep can stay regular and normal while we are down here.
- I MISS MY BED!!
- We are not getting our nice personal moments with the girls (or Trent and me) as much with so much family. I really love my moments with Evelyn when its just us. But, with Grandma & Grammy I am invisible. It kinda hurts my feelings but I know it is bound to happen.
*Crossing my fingers for sunshine and we are so excited for Christmas. Hope you all have a lovely one as well. Merry Christmas Ya'll.

Sister Mama's
This photo of my sisters and I was taken on Thanksgiving. With Trent's camera and very crappy lighting, so the photo is what it is. Would have been amazing with mine but I didn't want to lug it around. The Askeroth sisters have been busy having babies this past 2010 year. Here we are from the lef to right: Kendra Askeroth Morris with daughter Sailor, Kylee Askeroth Douse with son Maddox, Tara Askeroth Leavitt with daughter Lyla, and Elliah Askeroth Terry with her soon to be baby girl in March. I am so grateful to have 3 amazing sisters whom I love dearly. You are all great examples to me and I have so much fun with you. We get together and can't stop laughing. Look at Kendra and I. Our hair and everything, we couldn't look any more different these days. Not like twin sisters at all. Ha Ha.

AND THE MOMMY BRAIN AWARD GOES TO...
Mrs. Tara Leavitt~ I do believe I could not have had more of a ditzy day. Here is how it all played out.
1)Loaded the girls into the car and headed to Springville to go to Sally's Beauty and Walmart. Got to walmart and realized Lyla had the WORST BLOWOUT diaper in the history of blowouts. I am talking in her hair and everything. Luckily I had enough wipes and an extra onesie in my bag. However to make matters a little more difficult I forgot my wallet, yep I knew just where I left it at home. In the cupboard because I went to the gym last night.
2)Wipe Lyla down, load her back in the truck and head home to Provo to get my wallet. Get the wallet drive back to Springville.
3)Made a Sally's Beauty purchase put wallet in Sally's bag.
4)Load girls in truck drive to Walmart. Load girls in shopping cart, walk into Walmart, realize I left my wallet in the Sally's beauty bag, that is in the truck.
5)Walk all the way out & retrieve my wallet. Got it.
6)Get my last minute Christmas gifts leave Walmart.
7)Get home and realize I bought a baby Boy gift for the shower I planned on going to tomorrow and just remembered she is having a girl....Sheez can I be any more LAME today?
8)Back to Walmart I will drive for the 3rd time today:) Good thing my girls are really well behaved and easy.

SO PROUD OF HER:)
Today was a great day for Evelyn. Her first day without having one accident. And she is loving wearing her panties and being a big girl. Every time she goes poop in the toilet she says "I am so proud of you". Because she knows those words will come flying out of my mouth! She is really starting to shine in maturity lately. She has had to grow up so much since Lyla was born. I am so glad to have her in my life. She is a really neat little person. I love being a parent and watching my kids reach for new goals and accomplish them. This is the look Evelyn goes for daily now, she loves just running around in her big girl panties. And I am sure the whole street knows her as the girl who stares out the window and waves to everyone. The crosswalk guy is an elderly guy and they love to way back and forth. She says, "Oh there is my friend"!! Its really cute;)

Toy Story 3 Reminder...
The other day I let Evelyn play with her princess stickers, this is what I found a little while later. It reminded me of the toddlers in the caterpillar room in Toy Story 3 that get tortured. What would this doll have to say after a day of playing with Evelyn? Plenty I am sure...ha ha. Had to post it!!

WORKOUT FEVER!!
I have been experiencing workout fever lately. I love working out again, I am eating better, and I am drawn to buying workout stuff. Got these babies today $25 regularly $70 oh ya that's a steal. (@ Famous Footwear, Trent bought a pair and I got this pair 1/2 off and $10 dollars off for doing an online survey) I recently got new workout clothes as well. I have been buying some equipment with my b-day money. I am moving to a town that doesn't have a gym or a place to do any lifting. (It does have a Zumba class that my awesome sister in law teaches, yep she is that cool:)I love pump class, it is one of my favorites (& pilates) because it brings great results. I love to be toned, that is when I feel the most fit. So, I bought dumbbell weights, a exercise ball, resistance bands, a step, a bar, a roller (these are so good to prevent soreness, but man do they hurt to use) ankle weights & a mat. Everything that I use in my pump class I now own. I have also been taking notes on exercises at my pump class to remember all of the amazing things I can do with my equipment. There is a new teacher Wendy, I just love her style of teaching. She is a personal trainer and teaches classes too. Has had 4 kids and well, you would never be able to tell she even has one. She pushes us to the max every class and I have her to thank for feeling a little sexier lately. lol. Trent never really objects when I am on a shopping high for stuff like this, if we have means to pay for it, which is nice:) I have also been finding some great fantastic tunes to workout too. Man the 80's has some great stuff:)Some of the other stuff I love is a little raplike which usually isn't my style. But, when I work out I have to get a good beat going on. In a nutshell I love to workout, it isn't always easy to get there or start but it really pays off. I usually can only make it to a class at 9PM. It helps to have a gym close better live this up while I can over these next 5 months:)

WHY?
My sister Elliah is so talented. She is an amazing writer and deserves to get published. She has been sending her stories in for a few years now. Her childrens picture books that she writes are so unique and fun. I would love to read them to Evelyn every night.
So on that note today I was at the Provo library, and well every book that is on the shelf basically sucks. I mean lame to the wame!! How did any of those books ever get published & printed? I found one I really liked. Don't get me wrong there are so many great children's picture books out there, but about 90% of them are P A T H E T I C mind you. While browsing through the boring shelves I pick up a book with the title that reads "FARTSIE" yep, can you guess what that one is about? I browse through the pages...and it is a story about a guy who can't stop farting. Are they serious?? A kids picture book?? Ya sends a good message to children. I hope in the future I can pick up one of my sisters books. Perhaps the one that is titled "Have You Ever Eaten Pancakes With A Lion On Your Lap?". Some agent out there please realize how amazing her books are. And please don't publish any more that are as bad as "FARTSIE!!". THE END

What I Am Grateful For:
1)My Family, a wonderful husband who has a strong testimony of the church. Who is hardworking, & is a wonderful daddy. My 2 beautiful, sweet, wonderful girls. They are so full of the spirit and are always teaching me.
2)The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. I would be so lost without the guidance of the church. It makes me so happy to thrive on it daily.
3)C-Sections, without them I would not be able to experience having my own children. Or be alive for that matter. They are not fun but I am so grateful they exist.
4)My hubby has a job after graduation in April. Times are so tough right now for so many people and work. The construction business has taken a bad hit. So glad Trent's dad is offering him to take over the family electrical business with his brother. Thanks Rod.
5)Exercise, and having a gym close. I need exercise, mentally & physically. What a great feeling it is after a good workout. Pump & Pilates are my favorite things to do.
6)BYU its a great school for great students and I love how they run things there.
7)Our married/student ward. We have made soo many friends in our ward over the years. It's been so nice to be able to be in the same boat with everyone.
8)Growing up in a wonderful family. My parents are the greatest examples to me. They raised me so well, and are so strong in the church. I love being able to ask them parenting questions now.
9)That this is our last winter here. Honestly I have never loved the snow...and can't wait to get out of it for good.
10)Photography it is the coolest thing ever. Has allowed me to express myself in no other way. I am in love with it and am always trying to excel in it.

P O O P!!
Today I had never been so excited to smell poop in all my life:) Evelyn finally went in the toilet today...hooray. We are so proud of her accomplishing this:) She was soo excited all night after picking out two prizes from the poo poo prize box she kept shouting out "MOMMY, GOING POO-POO!" She is on a roll now. This is the chart we have for her. (before she went poop, but just look at all those potty's!)This is what our bathroom has looked like lately. She finally went today in her little potty in her room, with the door closed and reading her books. Just like adults, something to read and privacy! Good Job Evelyn

Oh The Difference:)
We have lived in our Provo house for almost 3 years now....and have had a soft water system ever since. I remember when we first moved in our landlord was telling us he put one in and that we would love it. Well, I never loved it, the water has always felt very hard in this house to me. I thought it was maybe a really old system and didn't work super well. Trent would always go down and put more salt in it...thinking it worked. It is located in our storage cellar outside. Trent was down there the other day and thought he would check it out again. Come to find out some wires were messed up, he fixed those, then he realized that there is an outlet hooked up to where the light is in there. That is where the water system got its power from. It is a light bulb with a chain to pull to turn it on. But, there is also a light switch from the outside where you open the door to walk down the stairs. We always used this to turn the light on and off. So, Trent found out that it turned off every time you turned that light off....u kidding me. So, we have had the luxury of a soft water system that works very well this whole time and we never figured it out until now. Thanks for telling us Landlord. Trent thinks maybe he didn't realized it only worked like that. Conclusion....I am in love with our water now. Smoother skin, less breakouts, and a heavenly bath and shower. I am so glad he figured it out even if we only have about 6 more months to enjoy it. I will take it!!

I am Now 26!!
It was my 26th birthday yesterday. Trent spoiled me with a sexy hot pink robe from Victoria's Secret and the songs to the movie Bedtime Stories. I have always wanted that soundtrack and it doesn't really exist. But, he bought them from Amazon and downloaded them for me soo sweet. Plus he threw in a padded seatbelt cover for me from Autozone. I get sick of seatbelts putting little bumps all over my shirts...anyone else have this problem? He also let me go shopping a while back and get some nice stuff. Thanks so much honey. Evelyn and him went and bought me a snickers b-day cake from Macey's. Taryn, my friend Chelsea & her younger sister came over to do a girl party with Evelyn while Trent, Lyla, & I went out to eat. It was nice to get out of the house. Would have left Lyla but she was pretty fussy. Thanks girlies, that was sure sweet of you and Evelyn had a blast!! I choose to go eat at Magleby's, we had eaten there a long time ago. It was sooo good. But, I hinted to the waitor that it was my b-day because he kept saying.."Save room for our dessert, it's to die for". After he took our picture he said, ok so I will bring you a piece of our famous chocolate cake. Didn't mention we had to pay $8 to eat a piece of cake that wasn't that special. We were going home to eat the cake Trent bought me, but I thought, I will try it if its free. Wrongo I was. Oh well, I am still mad over that but can't do much about it. GRRR to that waitor named Andrew who wore WWWWWAAAAAAYYYY to much colone. ha ha. We came home and Evelyn helped me blow out candles with Taryn, Chelsea, and Haylee there. I wish I would have snapped a pic of them. So, that was my birthday in a nutshell. I think this year is going to be a great one. I am so thankful for my family. Trent is soo good to me. Evelyn and Lyla bring me soo much JOY & HAPPINESS:) LIFE IS GOOD!!

Potty Training Boot Camp:)
Evelyn is doing so good on the potty lately. I got this book call Potty Training Boot Camp. Thanks Danielle:) It's pretty freakin amazing!! I bet Evelyn has gone potty at least 30 times this last week. However she has not done the poo-poo thing yet. But, I read over that book and we are implementing a new plan today. It is so fun to see her so happy and proud of herself. She is such a fun big girl lately. Lyla is sleeping so well, and Evelyn is stepping up the game everyday with her potty. Life is good and I am one happy mama!

Tanning
Ok so, I am pretty desperate to feel cuter lately. Something that helps sometimes is going to a tanning salon. I only go in the winter maybe once every 3-5 months or so. Plus its free for me with my gym membership. I know you all think I am way tan already...but I still have whiteness for me. I didn't get to spend time getting very tan over the summer being hugely prego and all. Things I HATE about tanning salons....EVERYTHING!!
1)I walk in to look at a girl who looks like this one....They think it looks good to be black/orange but it looks awful to have skin like that. I want to talk to them in 5 years when they find out they have skin cancer.
2)Every time I go I say I just want 10 min. in the lowest bed they have. Here is the convo: Them: now it says you go in our lowest bed...that only burns the first 2 layers of your skin...but if you should try this one because it burns through 6 layers of skin. me:(thinking in head...no thanks I don't want to look like you and get skin cancer. How can anyone upgrade to something that sounds sooo bad?) no thanks I will stick with the lowest one.
Them: If you buy one of our tanning lotions for $60 dollars today you can save 5 dollars. Me: no thanks I will stick to putting on sunscreen and my $5 tanning lotion from walmart.
3)I hate the stupid stickers they have there as well. They are sooo trashy.
4)Every magazine they have to look at while you are waiting is basically porn. horrible.
5)Snobville, where every mean girl likes to work. Seriously. I think the peeps who hire ask them...ok can you be really stuck on yourself?? Check. Are you willing to become black or orange and put your health in danger? Check Check!!
6)Any guy who goes tanning is well....so lame. I am sorry. But, that orange/black skin looks even worse on them. I laugh every time a guy walks out from a bed..ridiculous right??
7)Last but not least....I get in my bed close it and think...what am I doing and why am I here?? I am going to get cancer. Hence it does make me feel a little prettier to get a little glow. Maybe I will go in another 2-3 months maybe I won't. I just had to blog my feelings.

Oh Fall We Will Miss You So....
My favorite season ever....FALL!! The chill in the air, the changing leaves, the smell, the photoshoots with the leaves, Halloween, walks with the family, the park, the mountains and the Y, the canyons. It is so beautiful here in Provo. I feel like it doesn't really exist in our soon to be home town Logandale NV. Maybe a few trees have changing leaves, the air might get a little cooler...if we are lucky. I really don't know what I will do next fall with out this!! Maybe I can paint some trees there for my photoshoots:). Provo oh how I love you so.
