Baseball Game!!

Trent has been playing on a league baseball team with his brothers. This was the first game I went to. Trents parents were in town so we all went. It was really fun to see him. He looks so cute in his baseball getup. I was happy he wanted to wear baseball pants again...hehe. I fell in love with watching him play in highschool. Evelyn loved running around everywhere! I could barely keep up with her.

Pretty Scary Stuff........

This past Wed. I didn't have much going on so I decided to drive up to my brother Isaac's place in Sandy, UT. My mom was up visiting them because they just had a baby. I got in the car and drove to Sandy. I was pretty nervous cause there was lots of traffic and Evelyn was really fussy. I don't drive much on my own in busy cities, usually Trent is at the wheel. After hanging out I thought I had better go and beat the rush hour traffic. I was doing fine on the way home...felt pretty good about driving. I was in the far left carpool lane going about 65 when I heard a thumping/helicopter noise. I thought it could possibly be a tire..I realized it was me when my car dropped on the right side. I started to fishtail back & forth and almost hit the side of the carpool lane wall. I looked into my rearview mirror, and saw my tire rool off and almost hit the car behind me! Finally I tried to stay calm and gained control. I knew I had to get through the other lanes and off the road fast. So, I put my blinker on and tried to hurry and get over. I just prayed people were out of the way. Luckily I was able to get off the road fairly easy. The whole time I was just trying to stay calm and remember what Trent told me what to do in case I ever had a blowout. I made sure I didn't slam on the break, just barely pumped them. After I pulled off to the side of the road...I put the car in park, looked back at Evelyn. Then I just lost it..bawled like a baby. It all hit me what could have happened, what did happen, how Evelyn could have been hurt. EVERYTHING!! I soon called Trent at work. "Autozone this is Trent"..."It's Tara..(crying voice) I just lost a tire on the road..it was so scary!!" Soon he was my hero and came to rescue us. He changed my tire and put on the spare. (We couldn't believe that could happen. We had just gotten those tires like 4 months ago. They were flawless it seemed.) I followed him back home while he drove Evelyn in my car. Another thing that made me nervous was I didn't have my wallet with me. I never ever forget it. But, did that day. That would have been bad if I didn't have my license and got into a wreck or something. Well, that is my crazy story. I am so grateful we weren't hurt and for Heavenly Fathers help and that I was able to stay calm and think clearly. I feel so blessed:)

A Tear Jerker...

I saw this video on my friends blog who just blessed her baby. I couldn't help but pass it along. This really hit me with having Evelyn. Infants come into our lives so innocent and its our job to teach them... and help them make it to the temple. I am so grateful to be a member of this true gospel. I am so glad Trent and I could start our marriage off sealed for eternity. I think most of you might cry when you watch this video.

PRIVATE NO MORE!!

Yes, its true...our blog is no longer private. For a few different reasons!! #1) I didn't mind having it private if I can add all the people I want to. It only allows you to have 100 readers. I had 100 and didn't want to leave any friends out. Its just easier to communicate this way. #2) I want people to have the opportunity to see my photography work more. I would love to get more jobs and since I don't have a specific name for my website yet, I need all the exposure I can get. So, any of you out there looking for a photographer, (or know someone who is) please call me or leave me a comment on my website. I am dying to shoot lately:) I really like the feeling of security I had from having my blog private. Especially for having Evelyn...but no more. This is a hard decision for any blogger to make. Is it not? So, as my sister in law Annie said: (somewhat like) "My husband has lots of guns in the house, he is an amazing hunter...and knows how to use them. ENOUGH SAID?? ( Sorry Annie it was so well said I had to use it!) To all the psycho blog stalkers BEWARE TRENT WILL FIND YOU!! I will still keep a pretty watchful eye out. So, don't try anything fishy. I hope this will help me communicate better with all of you:)

TWO GREAT VIDEOS!!

Photo Sharing - Video Sharing - Photo Printing

Photo Sharing - Video Sharing - Photo Printing

On Sunday we had some free time so we went to the BYU campus and played with some ducks. I love this part of campus...every time I go it makes me want to take pictures. They have really nice vegetation. Evelyn loves it and its much cleaner than the duckpond on campus. These two videos are so fun. I love how much she loved the ducks. I was a little shaky on the other one, cause I was trying not to laugh. Hope you enjoy them.

SEven PeAkS FuN!!

All summer long I have been trying to get Trent to come swimming with us at Seven Peaks. I really wanted him to see how much Evelyn liked the water. We had lots of fun together. Trent even took her down a slide. He said he had to lay down to even go. So, she was sitting on his stomach. He was pretty cute with her today. Gotta love his sweet tan. I hadn't gone swimming with him in so long. Still looking as hot as ever hubby:)

RANDOM DREAMS!!

Last night I had a dream that I was in a relationship with Josh Groban. Talk about random huh? He was really nice and everyone wondered why he would like a nobody like me. N-E ways Trent thought I was insane when I woke up and told him. And first thing he asked was? But what about me and Evelyn? It was really cute. I really like Josh's music but my hubby beats him hands down. ha ha He is such a stud.

I had a dream that Trent got called on another 2 year mission for our church. And he was married to me & we had Evelyn. They asked him to go cause he was such a good missionary before. I had to move back in with my parents and was furious that #1 they would call him to go when he has a family. #2 that Trent was willing to go, when no one else had to serve a second mission. #3 that everyone thought I was crazy for being upset. Truth is those 2 years were the hardest I have had yet in my life. They were by no means easy at all. His mission really tested the love I really had for him. I am grateful he served a mission and how strong he is in the gospel. If the prophet somehow required it I would alow him to go again. Hope that never happens though!!

ONE HOT DATE!!

Last Thursday I had one hot date with my hubby. Trent and I decided it was time to get out alone..it had been way to long. So, we had Trent's brother Taylor stay while Evelyn was asleep. We had so much fun miniature golfing at Trafalga in Orem. It was so much fun and so nice to get out. It felt like we were engaged again:) I had some good hits but Trent beat me. He goes golfing with Taylor all the time. That's what I kept telling myself at least. We got this package that gave us tokens for the arcade. I used my 4 to win Evelyn this Nemo in one of the grabber machines. I don't think I have ever gotten anything in those. They just rip you off most of the time. It was so fun and I am so glad we made time to go. It was hard for me to go cause the season finale of So You Think You Can Dance was on. But, I just made Taylor record it for me. So it was a win/win night!! Thanks for the great time honey. I love you lots. P.S. I had to point out that these were taken with Trents Nikon Camera and it always does red eye really bad.

What Every Girl Needs:)

"I don't need words to express...I don't need tears to shed...I don't need to ask for a smile...Or a hand to hold me...All I need is to be your friend...forever!"
I just wanted to give a shout out to my adorable friend Elizabeth. Heavenly Father was kind enough to let us meet eachother. Liz, you are the bestest friend I have ever had. You mean the world to me. Thank you for being such a great example always. I am so grateful for all the memories we have shared and for the ones we can look forward to in the future. Much Love, Tara

Canyon Fun:)

Sunday afternoon my mom and I wanted to get out of the house. So Evelyn and Trent joined us as we went to Provo Canyon. It was really fun. Hard to keep Evelyn out of the water. She wanted to walk right in, no fear of water!! I brought my camera. To practice lighting and I figured it could get some great photos. So glad you brought it. I don't think I could be happier with my camera. And thankfully the more practice the better I get.

FuN WeEKeND!!

After my mom picked up my younger brother Ty from EFY at SUU they drove up to stay with us. It was lots of fun they were here Sat. & Sun and went to church with us. This is a picture of Ty with some cute girl. Isn't he a stud. He said he had a blast. I was glad he got the chance to go. I never went and always wanted to. I think EFY is a great program that the church does.
