The Weekly Ten:D

1)Hit & killed a bird yesterday. I was thinking it was going to move, it didn't see me or something. And flew up right as I was driving over it....sorry birdie. But, you were supposed to move. I had an awful feeling inside.
2)Trent & I both got AMAZING workouts on our Total Gym machine. Whoever designed that is one smart cookie. So, glad we have that.
3)Hopped on the scale and to my surprise I lost 4 lbs. Without even really trying. I guess teaching my pilates class 2 times a week and the total gym really are helping. I couldn't even tell you the last time I weighed this much in my life. It has been years. Man it feels GOOD!!
4)Lyla is walking everywhere and starting to fight back when Evelyn takes a toy away from her. That a Girl, I say.
5)Went to the lovely Amy Marshall's baby shower. Ok she is totally very cute prego. So happy for her and her hubby. Was fun to see & visit with friends.
6)Trent went up to his Grandma & Grandpa Adam's house and got an old swing set they didn't want anymore. Now it's at our house. In pretty good shape and Evelyn is in heaven.
7)Evelyn has also been riding her glide bike everywhere. So glad we purchased it for her. She is getting more confident every day.
8)Finally hung some pics on our bare walls. It is feeling a little more like home now.
9)Found out we will be in Mesa, AZ for Lyla's first bday. We are excited about this. Trent is getting sent down there for work. His dad needs him to learn estimating software better. So, here is a note to all you Mesa friends we have. Mark down July 13th - 15th/16th on your calander. we are coming to see you:D
10)Made some delish brownies and ate well....so much of the pan myself. he he.

Weekly Ten Belated:D

1)Leavitt family reunion Saturday.
2)Askeroth Family reunion Saturday. Got fed amazing food and came home with fun stuff from auctions at both. So fun with family, but a very busy day.
3)Lyla started walking.
4)Lyla had 2 teeth pop out today, after many months of guessing wrong when her teeth would come out. All the pain finally paid off.
5)Painted the house.
6)Had me some very fun pilates classes. I love this part of my life right now, rewarding, fun, keeps me working out, & I am making money & new friends as well.
7)Evelyn loves to tell me NO NO NO lately. Not to mention talks back to me bad. And tells me she is the mom not me. And for me to go in timeout. Oh boy, I am getting a taste of how she will be as a teenager for sure. Ugg. Age 3 is going to be soooo hard.
8)Evelyn loves riding her bike around everywhere. Even though we live on a dirt road, it doesn't stop her. She is great at wearing her helmant & stopping to pull off the road when a car is coming.
9)Had me an awesome maturnity shoot with my very close friend Amanda Monk. We shot them in my yard and it was just enough to get my photography fix to shoot a pretty girl latetly that I have had. Some of my best work yet.
10)Tried out Trent's total gym and well, I am a HUGE HUGE FAN. It is a high quality amazing machine. Should you totally buy it?...YOU BET CHA'!!

Evelyn Is Three NOW!!

We woke up on Evelyn'S birthday and wanted to have some family time together, with just the four of us. We didn't do a big family party this year. We want to do it some years but not every year for our kids. It was such an awesome day, Evelyn really had a blast. We drove to St. George to run some errands for the house and MORE IMPORTANTLY get her ears pierced. So, before I had kids I thought I would get pierce my baby girls ears when they were babies. But, changed my mind after I had them. I wasn't into it much. A few months ago Evelyn said mommy I want to wear earings...I told her she had to get her ears pierced to wear them. Since then daily she would tell me she wanted them pierced. Trent and I decided to allow her to get them pierced only if she really wanted to. I worked at Claire's about 8 years ago, and used to pierce lots of ears. So, I explained to her what happens & how it hurts. We walked into Claire's with her still wanting to do it. My old boss Carol was still working there, and told us to come back an hour later so we could have 2 guns. I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITH ONLY ONE GUN. I REMEMBER WHEN PEOPLE HAD ME DO THAT WORKING THERE, NOT FUN FOR ANYONE! So we came back later and she climbed on into the chair picked out her earings and TADA GOT IT DONE. She cried for about 2 minutes (I almost did) & I held her. Then once she saw them in the mirror she smiled. She was glowing about them and loves to show them off to people. I am really glad we got them done they are so cute on her. And Lyla can get hers done at age 3 or whenever she wants too. We also went to eat at Wingers and hit up Costco, Target, & Lowes. Busy Busy Day but so much fun for all of us. I made her cake the night before, it was supposed to be a double layer cake...but I don't know much about cake making...cause look at the mess it turned into. We got her a Glide Bike (no petals or training wheels) best purchase ever. This play tent & the book Goldilicious, so cute. The best birthday we have had for Evelyn yet!!

Trent Turned 26!!

We celebrated Trent's birthday at a party for both him and his mom. Her birthday is the 16th, she turned the big 50. The party was at Rod & Camille's house. I made better than anything cake. It is sooooo good. I look a little funny in this pic of holding the cake. I was trying to motion how to blow to Evelyn...he he. He got an SKS gun from his parents, pretty stoked about it. I (along with a few family members) got him a Total Gym XLS machine. It was a graduation/birthday present. I planned for months to get it for him. He had no idea what it was. I went out on a limb ordering it....I was wondering if he would love it....HE IS SO EXCITED AND HAPPY I GOT IT. HE REALLY WANTS TO WORK OUT HERE, AND WELL NO GYM...SO IT'S PERFECT. It is now in our exercise room. It was a great bday celebration. Happy Birthday Trent, glad you caught up to my age once again.

The Weekly Ten:D

1)Lyla discovered how to roll the toilet paper off the holder....lovely. Now the roll has to sit on the counter.
2)Went to a conbined b-day party for Camille (Grandma Leavitt) & Trent. Grandma is now 50 & Trent finally caught up to my age 26.
3)Evelyn turned 3 yesterday and we had a very fun day in St. George to celebrate.
4)Took Evelyn to Claire's to get her ears pierced....and TADA she now wears earrings and its adorable. She was so brave, cried after for a little bit but is so proud of her new sparkly earrings. Doesn't like them so much when I have to put the cleaner on them and twist her earrings though.
5)Trent and I talked in church today, our talks went well but the girls were giving everyone a show. Evelyn ran up when I was speaking and wanted me to hold her. So, I did and then she was pushing the mic down and trying to flip the pages of my Ensign magazine. Then Lyla was screaming it was sooo tough. We were glad this day was over.
6)Ate at Wingers for Evelyn't bday and it was super good. I had a chicken taco that was too die for. I was in heaven.
7)Moved Evelyn and Lyla into their new rooms. This is well heavenly for us. They have there own separate part of the house. We can't even hear them crying at night. he he
8)Trent's bday/graduation gift finally arrived. A Total Gym XLS machine. He is so stoked and had no idea. We now have an exercise room that we are so excited for.
9)Trent talked to one of his mission companions and found out his mission comp. who used to be a bishop is now a Stake President. Holy Smokes he is only 30. Great Great Guy Though.
10)Fed the missionaries for the

The Weekly Ten:D

1)Went to the splash pad in Moapa with some friends for the first time. It was a blast & the girls loved it. I got sunburn for the first time in well years. Ouch it hurts still.
2)Went to the Overton Library & got a library card, and some movies as well.
3)Taught some great pilates classes in the gym this time, much better than the dance room I have to say. Lots cooler, and more spacious.
4)Sanded our walls.
5)Primed our walls.
6)Painted our walls.
7)Trent had to grind down all this cement by the hallway and front door.....oh my what a mess this was. Talk about dust on everything & in every crevice. Nightmare to clean up.
8)Ordered Trent's big graduation/bday present. Also Evelyn's B-day gifts. Trent's moms bday is tomorrow the 16th. Trent's is the 19th, Evelyn's is the 21st. So lots of bdays this week.
9)Found out we have 2 family reunions on the same day this month....out of 365 days of the year. he he. My grandparents are driving up from AZ who we NEVER EVER SEE. Along with brothers & sisters and cousins as well. It's gonna be a blast. Also a Leavitt reunion that day. It will be a busy day.
10)I am really wanting get my photography business going but am so busy at the moment.
