A M B I T I O N

If there is one word to describe my husband Trent it is Ambitious. I really like that he doesn't just sit on his duff and watch TV all day. He is such a go getter, getter done type of a guy. He wants something done, and boy does he get it done. This is him with his latest project his 1967 Mustang. He has been cutting it to shreds...piece by piece. I don't know how he does it, and manages to get the thing back together in one piece. Looking fabulous mind you. He is a pretty smart guy, with all the measurements and calculating that goes into doing something like this. Way to go Trent, your ambition drive is one of my favorite qualities about you!! Keep it up honey, look forward to what you will be capable of doing in the future:)Love you so much Trent:)

Today was a ho-hum lazy day inside because it is too cold to go outside. So, I got out my camera and had some fun. Gosh I do enjoy photographing my darling girlies:)

Her Piget....

I am doing a photo project for the 2011 year. From this wonderful photography named Jodi, she gives out a different assignment every week. This weeks assignment was something you see around your house. You take the photograph and everyone critiques it. So, I was stoked about it. I always need opinions & to improve. So, today I got out my camera right after Lyla woke up from her nap. She had her Piglet (Piget to Evelyn)and I set it by her, she grabbed it and cuddled it so cute. We find her like this a lot after her naps. She loves this guy?? Wait it is a guy pig right? Makes no sense to me. Every time Evelyn knows she is awake she races in her room with me and sees her with her Piglet and says "She loves her Piget". It's basically adorable!! YES, SHE DOES LOVE IT!! So, I took this one and turned it in for critique today. I just adore her, she is such a sweetheart:)

Christmas Vacation: Christmas Day Fun

WE STAYED IN LOGANDALE ALMOST 3 WEEKS. FOR THE FIRST WEEK WE WERE AT GRANDMA & GRANDPA'S HOUSE. THEN WE MOVED OVER TO GRAMMY AND PAPA'S HOUSE FOR THE REST OF THE TIME. IT WAS FUN BUT VERY HARD TO NOT HAVE OUR SEPARATE ROOMS. CHRISTMAS MORNING WAS LOTS OF FUN. IT WAS THE FIRST YEAR EVELYN COULD COMPREHEND THE WHOLE SANTA CLAUSE THING. SHE WOKE UP VERY EXCITED. SANTA BROUGHT EVELYN: A LEAPFROG LEAPSTER LAP TOP. AND A LEAPFROG TAG JUNIOR SYSTEM WITH BOOKS. SANTA BROUGHT LYLA: SMALL BABY BOOKS AND A TRAIN THAT MAKES NOISE. TRUST ME THEY GOT PLENTY OF OTHER TOYS FROM GRANDMOTHERS. ITS HARD WHEN THE GRANDMA'S OUT DUE SANTA... BUT WE CAN'T BUY THEM MUCH BEING STUDENTS. I GOT A STEP FOR WORKING OUT, JUST LIKE THE ONE AT THE GYM...SO EXCITED FOR IT. YAY. TRENT GOT: SOME PART FOR HIS MUSTANG, NOT EXACTLY SURE. WE ALSO GOT SPOILED WITH GIFTS AS WELL. WE DROVE JUST ABOUT EVERYWHERE TO SEE FAMILY. NEXT YEAR WE WILL BE CUTTING BACK WHILE LIVING THERE. WE NEED TO START OUR OWN FAMILY TRADITIONS AT CHRISTMAS. OUR NEW YEARS STARTED WITH TRENT GOING TO SLEEP AND ME STAYING UP PAST MIDNIGHT TALKING TO ELLIAH & MY MOM. THAT WAS OUR PARTY. HOPE YOU ALL HAD A GREAT HOLIDAY SEASON.

EVELYN & LYLA HAD FUN WITH THEIR COUSINS: LUCY & ABBY, AS WELL AS AUNT TARYN AND GRANDMA. MAKING CANDY TRAINS. IT WAS LOTS OF FUN AND I DECIDED TO BUST OUT THE BIG GUNS GET OUT MY CAMERA FOR SOME GREAT PICS. I THINK THEY TURNED OUT WAY CUTE.
