* I'll be honest this past week was a blur my friends a blur. I feel all I have been doing is taking pics, and editing, and taking more pics and going blind from looking at a computer. Life of a busy photographer. Fun but tiring.
1)We took Taryn and Shane's bridals on Sat. Talk about a hot photo shoot, mostly for the bride in her dress. But it was so much fun. I picked Taryn and Shane up at their friends grandparents, and what a cute old couple they were. They welcomed me into their home. We went out by Tuachan area and got some really neat ones. I totally know why Debby had to have an assistant now for me. It is soo hard taking the pics and packing around everything that a light requires....sheez. Then we finished off at the St. George Temple and there was no wind and I was picking up Taryns dress when WHAM....MY NEW LIGHT BLEW OVER.....CRAP !! I WAS THINKING I JUST TROUGH $500 DOWN THE DRAIN AND BROKE MY LIGHT. LUCKILY JUST A PIECE OF UMBRELLA BROKE THAT IS REALLY EASY TO REPLACE PHEW......SO STRESSED OVER ALL THIS NEW EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT. However on a more positive note. I got some fabulous shots and loved taking them. My light is great to have when I need it. I have really had fun spending all that time with Shane and Taryn. What a lovely couple:)
2)Lyla really started talking this week. she is so fun to have in our family. We love her spunky personality.
3)Evelyn got signed up for preschool. We are doing it through a lady in my moms ward. She was in the paper and I called to see if she was full. Her 4 year old class was full...I was bummed. Then she called me back and said she was opening up another class for 4 year olds. I saved a spot and she starts around when school starts. Mon. & Friday 9AM-12PM. The woman who is doing it is located in Logandale. I guess she was teaching kindergarten in Vegas and got layed off. We are meeting with her to see what Evelyn knows. She is excited because Austin Thornton is in her class, she really gets along with him good. She is so excited to go and I feel confident she will help get her ready for kindergarten.
That is all my mind can think up for now.
Top 10 for this week so far (while they are fresh on my mind :
1)Got my hair done today by Diane Shuartz I really like her and she does a great job with me. I feel like she always does just what I ask her to do:) Plus I get to have a break from the kiddos and have someone else wash my hair heavenly:)
2)Went to the dentist to get my chipped tooth fixed and have one less metal tooth in my mouth. Talk about painful though...yikes. I HATE the drill but glad I got it fixed and hope I won't have to go back to the dentist soon. Knock on wood....
3)These pics are from girls playing in our yard. On the swingset and the back pasture. Notice how the gophers have been playing there too....grr at least they are staying out of our yard for the most part. he he.
4)I just asked Trent what he did this week and he responded I did nothing this week. Ok eventful week.
5)We also went to the lake with my mom on Saturday. We had a blast swimming and eating with her. Papa couldn't come because he had to different couples to marry that day. He was missed....
