Trent Turned 26!!

We celebrated Trent's birthday at a party for both him and his mom. Her birthday is the 16th, she turned the big 50. The party was at Rod & Camille's house. I made better than anything cake. It is sooooo good. I look a little funny in this pic of holding the cake. I was trying to motion how to blow to Evelyn...he he. He got an SKS gun from his parents, pretty stoked about it. I (along with a few family members) got him a Total Gym XLS machine. It was a graduation/birthday present. I planned for months to get it for him. He had no idea what it was. I went out on a limb ordering it....I was wondering if he would love it....HE IS SO EXCITED AND HAPPY I GOT IT. HE REALLY WANTS TO WORK OUT HERE, AND WELL NO GYM...SO IT'S PERFECT. It is now in our exercise room. It was a great bday celebration. Happy Birthday Trent, glad you caught up to my age once again.

The Weekly Ten:D

1)Lyla discovered how to roll the toilet paper off the holder....lovely. Now the roll has to sit on the counter.
2)Went to a conbined b-day party for Camille (Grandma Leavitt) & Trent. Grandma is now 50 & Trent finally caught up to my age 26.
3)Evelyn turned 3 yesterday and we had a very fun day in St. George to celebrate.
4)Took Evelyn to Claire's to get her ears pierced....and TADA she now wears earrings and its adorable. She was so brave, cried after for a little bit but is so proud of her new sparkly earrings. Doesn't like them so much when I have to put the cleaner on them and twist her earrings though.
5)Trent and I talked in church today, our talks went well but the girls were giving everyone a show. Evelyn ran up when I was speaking and wanted me to hold her. So, I did and then she was pushing the mic down and trying to flip the pages of my Ensign magazine. Then Lyla was screaming it was sooo tough. We were glad this day was over.
6)Ate at Wingers for Evelyn't bday and it was super good. I had a chicken taco that was too die for. I was in heaven.
7)Moved Evelyn and Lyla into their new rooms. This is well heavenly for us. They have there own separate part of the house. We can't even hear them crying at night. he he
8)Trent's bday/graduation gift finally arrived. A Total Gym XLS machine. He is so stoked and had no idea. We now have an exercise room that we are so excited for.
9)Trent talked to one of his mission companions and found out his mission comp. who used to be a bishop is now a Stake President. Holy Smokes he is only 30. Great Great Guy Though.
10)Fed the missionaries for the

The Weekly Ten:D

1)Went to the splash pad in Moapa with some friends for the first time. It was a blast & the girls loved it. I got sunburn for the first time in well years. Ouch it hurts still.
2)Went to the Overton Library & got a library card, and some movies as well.
3)Taught some great pilates classes in the gym this time, much better than the dance room I have to say. Lots cooler, and more spacious.
4)Sanded our walls.
5)Primed our walls.
6)Painted our walls.
7)Trent had to grind down all this cement by the hallway and front door.....oh my what a mess this was. Talk about dust on everything & in every crevice. Nightmare to clean up.
8)Ordered Trent's big graduation/bday present. Also Evelyn's B-day gifts. Trent's moms bday is tomorrow the 16th. Trent's is the 19th, Evelyn's is the 21st. So lots of bdays this week.
9)Found out we have 2 family reunions on the same day this month....out of 365 days of the year. he he. My grandparents are driving up from AZ who we NEVER EVER SEE. Along with brothers & sisters and cousins as well. It's gonna be a blast. Also a Leavitt reunion that day. It will be a busy day.
10)I am really wanting get my photography business going but am so busy at the moment.

Happy Mothers Day Ya'll

This is what I got to open this morning from my sweet hubby...oh ya I was stoked. Have been wanting one of these for quite some time. Now I need to go out of town to use it. he he. We had a lovely Mothers Day. I am so grateful to be a mom and feel so fortunate to have 2 beautiful, healthy girls!! I also want to give a shout out to my mom & mother in law. You guys are so AMAZING!!

The Weekly Ten

1) Evelyn got over her UTI and is finally using the toilet again.
2) Trent & I can't stay up past 9:30 here. He gets up so early for work & I don't get to sleep in like I used to. So, ya...maybe its the heat to because Evelyn is back to naps during the day. She was off of those for a while. With all the space she has running around here she really wears herself out.
3)Taught my first pilates class Monday night and it went really well. I had about 8-9 girls show up. It was so fun to teach. I don't think the air was on in the room however and well, it was boiling hot up there. Seriously, way too hot and no air flow.
4)Felt sick the next day after my class with either the flu or heat exhaustion.
5)Have been killing bugs nonstop, picking up dead bugs nonstop. Did I mention I hate all the spiders, large Mosquito things, and the big cockroaches we have....WELL I DO!
6)Lyla used to be so terrified of the vacuum but now she crawls after it every time I vacuum. It's like they are best friends. Pretty funny to watch.
7)Went out to eat at Inside Scoop just our family tonight it was lovely. I love that place. I always get the Veggie Sandwich it is so yummy.
8)I think I have managed to kill all of my rose bushes already. We have been here what two weeks. I didn't give them any water until today and well, life have been so crazy busy. They were the last things on my mommy brain.
9)This whole week we have had workers pounding and sawing and well whatever it is they do...on the part of our house we are just dying to get done. They only speak Spanish and well I have been hiding out from them and avoiding making eye contact. You know how it's just weird when you run into anyone working on your house. And it's not like I could/would make conversation with them anyways.
10)Trent hooked up our water to our new refriguator that has a water & ice despenser. Oh ya we are loving it. Best part is its low enough for Evelyn to reach it but has a lock button on it. Ya that would get pretty messy!
*Bonus: Lyla had the poopiest diaper of the century yesterday. We were driving home from the post office. I could smell what had just happened. So, raced home to see the damage. Oh man, I opened up the door and well, she just smiled like always. All over her belly, yellowness and poop city. I picked her up to discover that well, it was all over her seat, and the best part as I am carrying her into the house, poop is splattering all over the pavement. This one deserved an award I am afraid. he he.
