Evelyn's Latest...

Our little Evelyn is growing so much and so fast. Today for the first time I tried a little ponytail on her head. It made her look like such a big girl. The latest with her is 1.) She is so close to crawling..and moving everywhere!! 2.)She is teething like crazy and it is keeping both of us up at night, but no teeth yet. 3.) She is starting to wave bye-bye to people. 4.) She is playing peekaboo. 5.) She will refuse to have her diaper changed and insists on rolling over every time we attempt to do it. And gets so mad when we hold her back. 6.) This week she has gotten sick for the first time ever really. She has a bad runny nose, a fever and she threw up a few times. Of course some of these symptoms are probably related to her 3 shots she got yesterday at the doctors office. But, it has been sad to see her sick. She is pretty tough though. I know its hard for any parent to see their child in any pain. We just wish we could feel it instead of them.

Making The Change To Private....

Hey Everyone...I know that the words "private blog" make some of us annoyed. I know it bugs me when I can't look at someones blog that I want to...but don't have an invite. I have been thinking a lot lately about going private. I am sorry to also become an another private blog. But, I have been hearing some crazy stories lately. I would like all of my family and friends to be able to look at this blog. Just not people I don't know about. So..if you still want to be able to look at my blog in the future. A Fun Two Weeks...

This was Evelyn on Christmas morning. Opening a gift from Grandma Leavitt. It was very fun this Christmas to have little Evelyn and watch her in wonder with all that Christmas brings.
We spent two weeks at my mom and dads in Logandale. It was lots of fun to see family. And spend Christmas and New Years there. However it is so great to be back home with just the three of us. Evleyn was very ready to come home and so were we.

My First Christmas Dress...

I was shopping around for Evelyn's Christmas dress and I found this little gem at Walmart. It was a great price and had Evelyn's name written all over it. I love the color on her. I found a perfect headband to match at the mall. Girls are so fun!! These photos were taken at my moms by her Christmas tree. Evelyn is holding one of her ornaments in the top one.
