We have some exciting news. We moved from a 3 plex in orem...to a cute rental home in Provo. Here is how is happened!! We had lived in the duplex for almost a year. It was nice but we had no washer/dryer and not the privacy we wanted. Our downstairs neighbors were rockstars they moved out. And a new rockstar couple moved in. How ironic huh? On Sat. Trent suggested we get into the car and go look for a new place to live. I agreed and we set out determined to find a better solution. Since Trent had his other love "THE GHOST" we needed another place with a garage. The fist couple houses we found...no garage. I think Trent was prompted where he should drive cause next thing I knew he shouted "GARAGE FOR RENT"... I couldn't believe it. A very cute house with a yard and you guessed it..garage. Trent called the # right away, and was smiling at his convo on the phone. It had the works: 3 bed, 1 bath, waher/dryer, dishwasher, outside basement storage, & garage. Now if we could only live there. On Monday we went and looked at it and fell in love even more. We told the landlord Jason we were very interested, but needed to clear our old contract up in our previous apartment. We found out we had to pay rent & utilities till the end of April. No exceptions. We called back Jason & gave him the update. He said we nedded to let him know ASAP if we wanted it. There were at least 2 other couples and a single guy who wanted it. We thought it over for the next hour..prayed about it and said "We will take it!" Very fast decision. We knew things would work out for us. They did we moved out about a week and 1/2 later. Another couple took our contract two days later. The timing was perfect and we never had to pay anything. We were so blessed to get this house. We feel like we are where we should be now. Our old ward was very hard to leave but we are having fun in our new ward.
