1) Trent was once again deer-less with hunting this past week.
2) I just about killed myself with electricity and water. Well, I was giving the girls a bath and noticed my blow-dryer was still plugged up. I thought I should put that away, and unplugged it while my hands were still wet. biggest shock of my life through my right hand and up my arm....it really freaked me out. I was mad at myself for doing it. But, still ALIVE!!
3) Since having smart phones Trent and I are enjoying apps and he downloaded the KSL app. We loved KSL up in Provo Utah, and found our Denali on there. As Trent was browsing on his phone he found a used trampoline in St. George. Called the gal, it was still available, $70 and a St. George trip later, we now have a 15ft tramp for the girls and us to enjoy. We probably were on it for at least 3-4 hours, I felt like a kid again. So fun. Now we don't have to ask Santa Clause to bring one in a few months. Gotta love great finds and deals like this:)
4) Oh how I am starting to loath the computer screen, I have probably spent 15 these last week editing my sister in laws wedding. It's something I enjoy doing but it's so time consuming. Not easy to find extra time with my young kiddos. On a more positive note, they are turning out fabulous and I got some really great shots. What a beautiful day that was.
5) We got lots of rain this past week, which is nice, until I get into my car and drive in our muddy driveway and down our seemingly long dirt road. And mud mud mud. After 2 days of rain, I couldn't take it anymore, I had to wash the car. So out on the lawn I put it, Felt so much better afterwards, even if it did rain again. There is just something about my black stroller and car, I want them spotless almost always.
6) We went and had a play date at the Terril's and went on a walk in our jogger strollers. It was so fun, I would love to have that trail right by my house, I would be on it always. We had an enjoyable time as we always do. Some kids were grumpy particularly mine. We put Brielle and Lyla in my stroller and Evelyn, Macy, and Tyson in Danielle's stroller. Lyla wanted to sit by Evelyn, Evelyn wanted to stay sitting by Brielle. Then Evelyn cried because she wants to walk. So, we just let Evelyn and Macy walk and run together and hold hands together.
7) Trent was hunting and I was bored and my mother in law Camille asked me if we wanted to go to the Homecoming parade at the high school with her. I said I would and since I didn't get my workout in I thought, why not walk there in my handy dandy stroller. It's not that far. But what I failed to realize is, it was FREAKING FAR. Plus without a nice sidewalk and being by the main road it was ok for a while and then not fun. I was however, very proud of myself. The girls and I got out together and I got my exercise in. Evelyn and I had some fun conversations. She hated the bumpy rocks on the way back, so did I. The worst part was crossing the street to go onto the bridge to get to the high school. It was a little scary. On the way back I wanted to cut corners and go down a dirt path that leads right up to our house. Wasn't thinking there so much mud. By the time I wheeled my tired booty and the girls up to our house, I noticed one of my back tires way flat, crap. Trent helped me take off my tires and find thorns in them. I put two and two together and realized that I most likely got the thorns earlier in the week while on the walk with Danielle and the brutal high school walk really drove them in there. So now I am stroller less. lol. *The parade was fun but only lasted for about 10 minutes. Then I knew we had the walk home. People offered me a ride, but I wanted to take me and my girls back home ourselves. I was being a little proud about it all I guess. When I told Trent what I did he couldn't believe it at all. He was like your crazy that was far. I just laughed and said it was interesting. I got my feel for it all and well, will probably never ever do it again. Another thing I noticed while at the parade, I am freaking old. I wanted to go back in time for just a moment my senior year while I was up for Homecoming Queen and sit with Trent Leavitt(my current hubby and escort) and have no responsibilities and lots of fun. Those were the days. :) I can't believe I will be 28 this November....say what?
8)Evelyn is starting to get the wrath that Lyla has been holding inside of her all the times she has hit poor little Lyla, it's like she remembers now. The other day she was grabbing her hair and laughing and laughing. I couldn't help but laugh when I saw Lyla's smug face like it's payback time. But, put her in timeout and told her (with a grin on my face) to stop.
9) Evelyn loves to refuse to do anything I ask her and is a lot harder and more demanding than Lyla is most hours of the day. Today she said, "I don't care what you tell me to do, I just won't do it". I put some new children's place jeans on her and she said mom I hate these, they look too big and baggy. Oh heaven help me:/
10) After having a high the week before about scoring a free freezer. It stopped working the 2nd day we had it. We were confused, the lady said she never had a problem with it at all. And I trusted her. Trent got asking his dad Rodney about it and he asked if we layed it on its side when we moved it, yep we did. Bad mistake we damaged something in there. Trent and I had no idea you don't do that.. So now it sits in our garage meatless and empty and warm. Probably most likely cost $100. When it could have cost us nothing, oh the agony of it all. Oh well so happens in life.

Stuff For The Week...
1) Trent was pretty happy this week he took his 1967 Ford Mustang into the paint shop in Mesquite. The paint shop is called Pro Image and Trent has some connections to getting a discount. Thank goodness, I like to hear the word DISCOUNT...lol. They are gonna get back to him with a quote but after months of months of researching and deciding, and asking me....he has decided on a color: Dodge Viper Blue, with a white stripe on the hood. It's a very cool color, at first I was like Trent, not another blue car. But, he just kept going back to the blue, and to me Trent is all blue. He always has been.
2) Trent also went hunting this week, he has a deer tag in the Mormon Mountains. He is really excited and went yesterday with his brother Ty and dad. They will go back next week.
3) I was giving Trent a back massage and grabbed a tick off his back...Yuck, glad I lifted up his shirt. And got it out before it put its head inside. Eeewwww.
4) Today my mom, Evelyn, and I went to some yard sales. The first one we went to I found this old video camera it was pretty cool, I couldn't decide on weather I wanted it. So, I ran to my dad's office to get adjusted and then we went to another yard sale found some baskets I liked but still wanted to see the camera again. Then I went back to the first yard sale, and looked at the camera...I kept going thinking I wanted it then, not really thinking I did. Eventually I just walked away from it. I still don't know if I made the right decision but thats life. I went back to the other yard sale and grabbed the baskets. I spent $5 and went home with $15 in my pocket. I felt good I resisted the camera and walked away.
5) Something else amazing happened while at the first yard sale. I was looking at a freezer there for $100 because Trent and I were so in need of one. A lady came up to me who was also looking and said that she had a freezer that she would give to me for free. Gave me her number and address and we parted ways. Later today we called her and now as I type we have a freezer in our garage. That we got for FREE. Talk about being in the right place at the right time. We are stoked, and all of his yucky meat goes into the freezer to leave me more room inside. Now I can frozen things at the store. Y.E.S
6)We watched General Conference today for our church. I really needed this so badly today, the talks get better every 6 months. The shocker of this conference: Young men are now asked to serve missions at the age of 18 instead of 19 and girls can now go at the age of 19 instead of 21. Really really cool. I think it is a fabulous move for our church.
7) Trent worked some nights this week, it was fun to have him in the morning but I am not a fan of that shift.
8) I really hurt my neck this past week and was in seeing my daddy for every day this whole week. I would be crippled without him.
9) I took the cutest pics of my girls in their Halloween costumes. Evelyn is a peacock, and Lyla is a ladybug. I am so happy with their costumes. A lady from Mesquite made them and she did a wonderful job.
10)Evelyn and Lyla got to have a popcorn/movie party at their friends Macy & Brielle's house. Trent was working on a night I taught my class. Danielle, an amazing friend offered to watch the girls. It was really fun for them. Lyla was a little sad I just snuck out. Thanks Danielle for saving my hide. Your an amazing friend and I don't know what I would have done without you:)

Weeks Mushed Together....
I HAVE BEEN SO BUSY THESE LAST FEW WEEKS THAT I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN WHICH WEEK. SO THIS POST I AM MUSHING THE WEEKS TOGETHER. SO LAST WEEK AND THIS WEEK THAT FOLLOWING HAS HAPPENED:
1)I have been going crazy trying to get this primary program written....it's all me. 45 minutes of sacrament meeting that I get to/have to come up with. I had to do it last year and am just as stressed if not more this year. Luckily, I finally feel like it's coming together now...I will survive this:)
2)I got an I-PHONE I have been wanting one for months now. My refurbished phone was on it's last leg. Would barely send a text and kept turning off for no reason. I didn't have an upgrade until April so I was bummed. There was no way I was going to spend hundreds on a phone...come on. So, tried to somehow push the dream aside. Well, this was just pure luck because. I was hanging out with my close friend Danielle Terril and mentioned it to her. She said that her hubby Mike just got a new I-PHONE 4S from work and no longer was using his old I-Phone 4. Danielle mentioned that he might sell it to me, but she would have to discuss it first with him. I didn't know if it was a Verizon one or not but I hoped it was. I was also hoping he was willing to sell, the price was right, and it was in good condition. All three were perfect. I looked at it and snatched it up fast. Ok, so this is the first Apple anything I have ever owned.(I love my HP computer so much so I was wondering how it would be) Let me just say, I am very very impressed. Once you get an I-Phone you realize what you have been missing out on. But, I vow to not be glued to mine. I leave it home sometimes and will not be bringing it to church at all. lol. One of my favorite things is the lds.org app. (Holy world of Apps so fun.) I read my scriptures all the time on there, I love how easy & fast it is to look up just where I left off. I am just in heaven with it. I know most of this is old news to some people who has always had an I-Phone but I am really stoked. So thankful I stumbled upon such a great deal. Thanks Danielle and Mike!! Here is a pic of my new case I just ordered for it. It took me forever to decide, only it will say my name, I am excited.
3) I took my sister in law Taryn's wedding. It was such a long hard tiring day, But it was also a blast. I had my light and it was fabulous, I don't know how anyone ever does or attempts to shoot a wedding without one. I felt so important with it. It really helps me step up my game as a photographer. I feel like I can see myself improving with every shoot and I love the challenge each different setting or surrounding brings. What a lovely wedding and couple, their sealing was fabulous. Lyla was clinging to my leg but I was able to escape and go into the temple. I stashed my light and stuff around the corner of this bush when I came back out it was wet from the sprinklers...really? Sprinklers on a Sat. morning with all these weddings. I was about to give someone a piece of my mind. Which is not like me at all. Luckily Maddison Messer sacrificed her bridesmaid dress to save my stuff. Or it might have been so wet it got ruined. GRRRRRRR. Thanks Maddi for making the sacrifice...lol. You saved my hide that day. **I wish that people would remember that I am the photographer and give me a little more respect like I know what I am doing. I have a really hard time with that, at just about every wedding. I feel like I get treated like I am an unexperienced adolescent, when I am not. If I have a light it is because I know how to use it. I group people for photos how I want to and it always works out:) Thats wedding fun for ya. On a more positive note again it was a beautiful reception I have never seen lights strung like that in person. Really neat and the bride was the most laid back bride I have ever seen. She did all of her flowers the day before her wedding. How stinking cool is that. And they were fabulous...Great Job Taryn. So happy for you and Shane. I know you'll have a wonderful life together. I really enjoyed being your photographer as well. So, glad you hired me. You were such a stunning bride:)
4) I spit shined my car yesterday in and out. It takes a lot to maintain but is really rewarding to me when it's clean and still looks good since we have had it since Feb. ha ha. I also conditioned the leather and that takes time and effort:) I love my car so much.
5) I have scored some great things on the Moapa Valley Online Yardsale lately. I picked up a stool for $10 and I scored some awesome baby prop hats. I found a very awesome person Carly Toutant, she made the girls Halloween costumes this year. Evelyn is going to be a peacock and Lyla a ladybug. I also ordered some cute tutu props from her, for photography props. Really can't wait to use them. I am gonna do a shoot with the girls in their costumes this weekend. YES !!
6)Evelyn has gone to about 4 weeks of preschool and adores it. Loves her teacher and classmates. She has learned so much material in four weeks this lady knows her stuff. I am very pleased and impressed with how its all going.
7)Lyla is well......TWO SHE THROWS ABOUT 15 FITS A DAY. I KEEP REMINDING MYSELF THAT AGE THREE IS WORSE...AND THEN I CAN HANDLE HER. ha ha
8)Evelyn told me yesterday (steaming mad) that she wanted to leave our family and go find a new mommy. It made my day....Not really I was sad and hurt by that. She wasn't following directions so I gave her a little squirt on her foot with the hose...she let me have it after that. "You do not treat kids that way mom".....How am I gonna handle the teenage years huh? sheez
9) On September 28th Lyla went potty for the first time in the toilet. I have not been pushing her at all towards potty training, like I did Evelyn. She had her diaper off and said, I have to poop, I told her to go sit on her potty she came back out and said, I went potty. I have heard that way too many times. I just wanted to go peak just in case. She did it. What a major step for her. It was adorable. Proud mama over here:)
10) On Friday I also set up a photo shoot in our back pasture for the girls in their new Halloween costumes. I spent a ton of time getting my props down from storage, had Trent saw off some legs on a headboard for me. I was sweaty but knew I had to push through and do it. I had chairs set up & my light, I even curled Evelyn's hair which came out in 2 seconds, I think it holds curl worse than mine does. I set up my light and we busted out the costumes. I begged Trent (bribed with a back rub) to help me get them to smile, Lyla was a ham. Evelyn acted like she has been thrown in front of the camera way too much in her 4 year old life. Plus she starts that face smile thing. After all the hard work for it, I got some amazing/adorable pics. I love my girls and they are both very photogenic. I put a little makeup on for the occasion, eye shadow, lipstick, and blush. Only time of the year my girls get to wear anything besides lip gloss.
11) On Friday the girls had our little neighbor Violet over to play, she is 3 and we love her. What a nice girl, and perfect because she is right between our girls. She also has 3 brothers and her mom said needed some quality girl time. So we took her in....played with sparkly playdough, ate snacks, did puzzles, played outside. The girls had a blast. Thanks Jen for letting her play.
12) We have some neighbor kids who have no rules and no run rampid. Friday during our photoshoot in our field. I heard them in our ditch and well, I was concerned they were in our yard. A few hours later Evelyn went outside looking for a broom and when she didn't come back right away, I went to see why. Those same kids were on our swingset, so it was dark 7ish and they are big kids and they didn't ask or anything. The nerve I tell you the nerve. I was not happy and told them that is not ok. They needed to go home. My blog is private so I know the mother won't read this, however she needs to know where her children are AT ALL TIMES. Thats part of being a mother. The sad thing is these kids just want friends but they are so out of control none of the neighborhood kids mothers like them at their house. I was not happy tonight about that. Sheez.

Our Week ....
1) Most of our week was spent at the second happiest place on Earth (temple coming in first for me) Disneyland in Cali. What a trip, on the way up our A/C was acting up and we were sweaty and miserable. But, we made it to our hotel around four, unpacked then went to Denny's for some dinner. We have to hide the salt and pepper shakers as soon as we sit down at any table to eat. That is all the girls want to eat mostly Lyla. It's crazy how they just lick it like sugar, I don't get it at all.
That night at the hotel was a NIGHTMARE....TRENT AND I BARELY SLEPT....THAT NEVER HAPPENS TO TRENT SO YOU KNOW IT WAS BAD.
We could barely get out of the hotel in the morning...all frustrated from no sleep. Lyla did not want to go anywhere once we were in our room just lay down and sleep. We kept telling that we were going to Disneyland and she didn't want to budge. So we forced her in our new Bob stroller (which was amazing by the way) and were off.
The first few hours were tough...we were all cracky. After Lyla slept in the stroller for about an hour the first day was a lot better. It was so hot and HUMID AS HECK. I had never seen so many women in clothes they shouldn't be in....FYI MOST WOMEN CAN'T/SHOULDN'T WEAR BOOTY SHORTS. ONLY 3% HAVE THE BODY FOR THEM. I DON'T THINK THEY ARE VERY FLATTERING ON ANYONE. YUCK.
The second day was hot too, and we were pooped at the end of every day. Walking sure takes it out of you. Oh how we were glad we purchased a stroller. It was so nice and a breeze to push. I was worried someone would grab our stroller so kept my eyes on it when I could on rides. But people are pretty good about that at Disneyland. I just love how clean it is there too.
I guess we picked the perfect/time days to go. The longest wait time we had was 20 min all the other rides we just walked right on. Toy Story was the long wait, one of our favorites. We also loved Ariel and Pirates as well. When we were on Pirates Evelyn looked over at me and said "I've been waiting for this!". She loved the drops so much.
The girls each got to pick out some toys, Evelyn wanted every stinking dress up she layed eyes on....AT $64 A DRESS NO THANKS, WE TALKED HER INTO OTHER THINGS.
We attended the park for 3 days and after the 2nd day we thought...what have we done...why did we do 3 days? However our minds changed on the 3rd day. We didn't feel rushed and it was wonderful to hit all the last rides we wanted. It was the perfect family vacay. Next vacay I just want with Trent, we need more alone time!!! It was so happy to get home, and all sleep in separate rooms again:)
2) On Friday my mom and I drove up to see little Lincoln Dowse, my sister Kylee's newest baby. I was dying to meet him and snap some pics, so I did and it was a heavenly shoot with a sweet chubby baby. I just love being in my element on a shoot...and getting excited with every pose I take. I am love with him Kylee....miss him already.
3) Sat. the girls went over and played with Sandy, and I washed her and my car. It was fun and I love doing service it really makes you so stinking happy:)

Weekly Ten...
1) Evelyn woke up with a fever one night and after giving her a bath and some medicine. She asked if we could wake up daddy for a blessing. So at about 2am Evelyn was able to get a blessing, it was so neat and it really helped her feel better. I am so grateful for the priesthood in our house and for a very special daddy and husband.
2) Trent put all of his new Mustang parts on the Mustang and man does it look amazing. I got to help him put the doors and hood on. Sometimes I get stuck in a crazy position holding crazy heavy stuff. Good think I work out and have some great guns:)
3) We picked up Trent Friday from work in Mesquite for a Walmart trip. And man did we buy the whole store. So much easier to shop when dad is with us.
4) Evenly couldn't love Preschool more she is learning so much and didn't show any signs of being allergic to her teachers cat this week.
5) We had the Terril clan over for a play date and had a blast. Macy and Evelyn are becoming best friends. Lyla and Brielle have both the same personality but are getting cute around each other too. Danielle and I could gab all day long and I love watching her little Tyson. He is so cute.
6) My sister Kylee had her second baby. A big boy named Lincoln Grey Dowse he weighed 9 lbs. 2 oz. Holy Smokes....and she is so tiny. We are happy he is here safe and sound and I can't wait to meet him, cuddle him, and kiss those cheeks. She is a great little mommy. I have to be honest I was so happy to hear her baby was here but when I started seeing pics and thinking about a baby it made my miscarriage come all back. I bawled off and on for hours. I have seen a few friends on facebook that are due in Feb. and they now know what they are having. That makes it hard. To not think what I would have, that I would be around 1/2 way right now. Not knowing why it all happened. And just to move on. I'll go in sperts of being fine and kind of forgetting how hard it was, then it will hit me and I will be all emotional. I know I have to look towards the future now....with my chin up.
7) My sister in law Taryn had her bridal shower. I was able to get her some tasteful stuff for her honeymoon. I am so happy for her and Shane and they are adorable. In a few weeks I will be shooting their wedding. I'm excited for that.
8) I have been packing...packing because we are heading to DISNEYLAND TOMORROW!! WE ARE SO EXCITED TO CELEBRATE OUR 6 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND ALSO TAKE A FAMILY VACATION TOGETHER. WE NEVER GO ANYWHERE WITH JUST US.
9) We had my mom and dad over to eat tonight with us. It was lots of fun, my mom has been gone a lot to help out Kylee. We missed her. But I know she has 7 other children before me.
10) The girls have been playing with Trent's old micro machine toys. They are lots and lots of fun and something different than what they are used to.

Weekly Ten..
1)Prayer By Evelyn: Before Bed
Dear Heavenly Father, Please bless that we love our stroller, and that we can have fun at Disneyland, and that I can eat good and try new things. And that I won't touch my bottom or hit anyone. That I can love Daddy, Mommy, & Lyla. * I just started laughing with the bottom remark, she just has the cutest little voice while praying too. Love that girl. She is so sincere while praying.
Prayer By Evelyn: At Dinner
Dear Heavenly Father, Please bless Daddy to be safe. Please bless that you like me and Sandy, and Grammy & Grandma, and Grandma Leslie. Name of Jesus Christ Amen.
Prayer By Evelyn: Before Bedtime
Dear Heavenly Father, Thankful for this day. Please bless that I be nice to Mommy and not say naughty things to her. And can say nice things to her and Daddy. And not tell Lyla NO NO and be nice to her too. Help us to sleep good all of us. We need to be good in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
2) Trent got new fenders, doors, and a hood for the Mustang. When I got back from my Pilates class Monday. There was a HUGE Fex Ex Semi on our road. Trent told me they would be coming so I knew it was for his parts. I had to hand signal and back up the driver to our shop door. Then we had to take every part out of the box to inspect it. So that none of it was damaged. That Fex Ex guy and I bonded while we pulled out all these parts to check for them. What a nice guy, there was no damage whatsoever...PHEW! He has been in Mustang heaven putting all those new parts on, it's starting to look really sharp. Pics to come.
3) I went running for the first time in about 1-2 years (timeline is sketchy). Just me, the girls and my new jogger stroller. Man it felt good to put my still new running shoes on and go. I ran about a mile, holy smokes, that was SOOOOO HARD BUT FELT AMAZING. WHAT A WORKOUT, I COULD FEEL MY LUNGS AGAIN....YAY. I WAS SORE THE NEXT DAY. WILL BE RUNNING MORE AND MORE WHEN IT FINALLY STARTS TO COOL DOWN. CAN'T WAIT:)
4)Evelyn started preschool this week and LOVES IT!!. She has learned a lot in a week and 3 of her friends are in there. She leaned all about the letter M and even has homework to take home. I really like the teacher and what she does with the kids. My only problem is Evelyn has been coming home with allergies this week, they have indoor cats so that may be causing them. She says her eyes were bothering her, was sneezing and her nose was getting to her. We have been spending a lot of time over at Sandy"s house (our neighbor who is a widow). She also has cats. The girls have been having allergy symptoms for the last few days. The only thing I can pinpoint it to is cats. I think I will have to mention this to her teacher to see if she can remove them during preschool. I don't have any tolerance for indoor animals...of any kind. Because I get so miserable around them. I hate the hair and they stink up a house. I don't see a point to having them inside for any reason. Sorry to all you indoor pet lovers. But, if you ever want me to come over to your house, I am out...it's not worth the hours I suffer afterwards. I have an allergy pill that seems to work sometimes but I never know if it will work...but then it keeps me up for hours so ya.......I'm finished now.
4)I am getting stressed with my calling lately. Last October came the same thing...The Primary Sacrament Presentation. At it's all me who writes it and comes up with it. Yep....me Sister Leavitt. I don't know how I will get it written this year, but I know somehow I will with guidance from the Holy Ghost and LOTS OF PRAYING....WISH ME LUCK. I will be jumping for joy October 22nd, when it's all over:)
5)My Grandma Leslie & Grandpa Ron are coming into town today. Yay we see them once a year if we are lucky. They live in Surprise, AZ way too far away. We get to spend Labor Day with them and I couldn't be more excited/happy to see them. Evelyn can't wait to see her other grandparents that seem to get forgotten sometimes.
6)Lyla new phrases this week include: Why.....Stop......Nose Running....Hi Mommy.....Eban(Evelyn) Where are you? HMMMMMMMMMM.......I go potty too......Juice and Gock(rock)....Watch Dis(This).....Ready Go.....Wow...Schooz You (Excuse You) She is at such a fun/ but stubborn age. Her personality is just shining through.
7)Trent wanted to get the irrigation company to come look at out the ditch at the end of our road to get our water to flow better. So, one of the head guys came and figured out what he would do. Also, he said he could clean out ours free of charge. Trent told them that was great but to keep this hedge that was on our neighbor Sandy's side of the ditch. So, one day they show up and I don't think much about them being out there. Trying to hide from the hot sun and doing our regular afternoon thing. I hid inside all day. Trent comes home and walks in the front door and tells me they cut down the whole hedge....WHAT I LOOKED OUTSIDE TRYING TO NOT KILL SOMEONE. I WAS SO MAD AND BUMMED. HE SAID HE I TOLD THEM NOT TOO BUT THEY DID IT ANYWAY. GRRRRRRRR WHY WOULD THY? HOW COULD THEY? IT'S SO BARE NOW.....YOU BETTER LET THEM KNOW THEY MESSED UP BIG TIME. I WAS STEAMED. SO MUCH I WASN'T TALKING MUCH....I WENT TO READ MY SCRIPTURES...G ON A DRIVE. IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO GET USED TO THE SIGHT OF IT. I AM TALKING DAYS...BUT I THINK I LIKE THE OPEN-NESS OF IT NOW. I STILL DON'T LIKE OUR DITCH EXPOSED I REALLY LIKE THE HEDGE KEEPING THE GIRLS OUT OF IT. WE THINK WE WILL HAVE TO ENCLOSE IT ALL UNDERGROUND NOW. IT'S JUST NOT THE SAFEST ROUTE.

Some Stuff We Did....
1)I put Evelyn into the Jr. Cheer Camp that the high school cheerleaders put on. She had a blast, but was a little shy at the performance in front of the parents. It was the first time she has ever done anything like that. I was a little annoyed because they put shortened the camp by taking a day off. And Evelyn said she spent lots of time outside on the track. What the track?? Ya I don't know what they were thinking taking them outside...but it made me mad. I should have talked to the coach but thats just not how I am.
Ok every time I drive by the highschool or go into it, I get butterflies like I am going to cheer at a game or around a cute guy. I would love to go back for like a week, not really as an adult but as a teenager in my head. Re-live it all. I think one of the reasons I loved it so much was because of all the memories Trent and I have there together. We started dating at the end of my senior year.
I also really liked cheerleading a lot. It made highschool so fun for me. I also have this fasination with how my high school smells. It had that smell ever since I walked through the front doors as a freshmen, almost ten years later it still has the smell. I told Trent I wish I had a Moapa Valley high school candle I could burn. Call me crazy but I love love love love, really like it. How do they keep it smelling like that? It boggles my mind really. lol.
When we went into the gym for the performance on Wed. I almost cried inside. Seeing those cheerleaders cheer and not me made my heart sink.....however I loved watching my oldest strut her stuff out there. Well, sorta she was kinda shy and didn't do much of her dances. It was the biggest thing she has ever done and I'm so proud of her.
3) Trent has purchased a smart phone and left me in the dust with a normal shmormal one. Droid, he got. Jealous I am.Yep, he is in the APP world now. Maybe someday I really want that I-Phone. Only when I can get if for cheap though. I can upgrade in April we'll see if I last that long, I may cave and get a different one sooner.
4)It poured rain here for a day, I mean it wouldn't stop, which is such a dream for us desert people but hard when you live on a dirt road and have a black car, the Denali got a well needed scrub down on Friday.
5) I moved back to the Old Overton Gym for Pilates this week. The floor was so dreamy, it was clean and so stinking shiny. I was the first one back on it. I knew it wouldn't stay like that so I was soaking it all in. It was nice being back there. It really is a nice facility.
6)Lyla is talking up a storm lately. her latest phrases are: come on, why, tiss=kiss, honeybunch (I call her that), no, stop, daddy uurrk=daddy work.
7)Evelyn has been a little rough with Lyla these last few days, I'm not sure why. But she has been pulling hair, hitting, pinching. Hoping it will stop soon.
8)Evelyn got to meet her preschool teacher this week. We are so happy we have a chance to do preschool with her. I was very impressed when we met with her. She discussed everything the kids would be doing/learning and I think it will really prep Evelyn very well for kindergarten in a year.....only a year is really hard to believe. She starts on Tuesday and we can't wait, plus she has some friends in her class, it couldn't be more perfect.
9)This is hard to admit but I sat on our computer chair this week and then it creaked and bent really bad....whoops gotta lay off the food i guess. The whole week we were leaning in it while sitting down. Finally when Trent was in it, it cracked and his butt hit the ground....gotta get a new one. For now I am sitting on our red one in our room, that doesn't have a high back and just isn't working.
10)I decided I stay up way too late every night and have got to get my butt in gear and change that about myself....goodnight.
11)Trent caught a lizard and the girls loved it. They were sad to let it go.
12)Here are some pics from the week and from our lake trip last week with my mom. It was a blast and the girls had so much fun swimming with her. We love Grammy:)
