Evelyn's 5th Bday Party In May...

So, ya I am a lazy blogger but here are some of fav pics I got of Evelyn's bday party. I loved dressing up with the girls and taking pics and throwing a friend party . They are so much fun. All of the girls were so sweet and it was so funny seeing all the different personalities. And how they dressed up too. Trent was great with the pinata too. Lyla had a hard time seeing me give my attention else ware however she warmed up to everyone by the end. I love my girls and I am so blessed to have them in my life. It was a party I am sure Evelyn will remember. How is my baby girl 5 and heading to kindergarten? Life goes way too fast ya know?
Dearest Evelyn, How are you five ? I have been a mother for five years and you gave me that gift. I will never forget when I first got to hold you in my arms. After pushing for an hour and going through an unexpected C-section I was in heaven. Right when you came out I knew you had my dark skin and a few dimples.
This year you got to have your first friend party, you were so excited. You are the biggest princess fan I know. All of your friends had lots of fun.
You are such a great big sister to Lyla, she adores you and wants to be just like you. You are so sweet.
You also are very determined in what you want in life. You never slow down, and you like to talk back to me a lot. You seem to think you know whats best for you 24/7. ha ha. Some of the funny things you say to me are: "You are the naughtiest mommy ever!!!" You usually scream this and head to your room followed by a door slam. You love to boss Lyla around a lot. Ha ha I am just telling you this for future laughs lol.
You always tell Daddy that he needs to let me buy whatever I want and I never get anything.....it is awesome!! Your big brown eyes are so captivating and really pull on my heartstrings. I would kill for your five year old hair....length, color

Weekly 10:

1) We went camping in Kolob with some of the Mob people. It was fabulous and we truly soaked up the nature there. We took our RZR and road it all around that mountain. Everyone had a fun vehicle like that so it was a blast. We went fishing, and saw the prettiest landscape I had ever seen it was pure torture for me. I wanted a bride and groom so badly to shoot. I would have been in heaven. We borrowed Trent's Grandpa Adams trailer and it was Heavenly for sure:) I loved that potty and my bed. That is the way to camp I tell you. . .
2) Evelyn's started swimming lessons this week and have been doing great. She needs to get over her fear of getting her head in all the way. But, I know she is improving. Teresa Briggs is doing a great job:) Way better than the county did last year.
2) Lyla is only going potty in her pink potty. I heard she went poop for the first time ever while the Messer's were babysitting one day for us. Ya she loves to sit on big toilets while not at home. It's so funny. I am still letting her take her sweet time, but every day while I change a poopies I am so ready for her to be done in diaps.
3) I ordered a chicken coop this week. I have been wanting them for a while now. I have a neighbor and friend who want to give me two laying hens each. So I will have a total of four and that is perfect for me. I am excited to have some fresh eggs and less roaches. They are horrible this year:) I just stopped writing to put it together it looks great. Tomorrow I hope to get them:)
4) Trent has lost 7 lbs and looks so handsome. He barely has to tweak his habits and then he drops it. We have been doing less sugar in the house and replacing late afternoon snacking with a Sunwarrior shake. Mmmmm. Very proud wife here. Now if he can get on the Total Gym it would be a perfect match. He can usually bulk up really easily.
5) My sister Kylee has been sick the last week and so I have not seen her. She is moving to AZ in a few days and well, I am really going to miss her so much. And having Askeroth cousins here. Dangit.....excited for them though.
6) We played ball with  the girls tonight. Well, just throwing a soft BYU football it was lots of fun. We just love them so so much. :)
7) I took a plunge and cut my bangs straight across. I have been playing with the idea in my mind for a while and well I went for it. My awesome friend Karina Shakespear cut them. She did a great job. Now if I can only style them the same as she does I will be good.

MY AMAZING WEEKEND!!

1) So,  this weekend I was able to go and see the one and only Taylor Swift. I can say that she is truly a beautiful person inside and out. She was so nice to the crowd and really had a great presence about her. She is so talented and seeing her in person made me love her even more. Her show was the best I have EVER SEEN!! Ed Sheeran was the opener and I love love him too. His voice is unbelievably good. I was so sad when it was over;(
I got the chance to go with my Mom, sisters Elliah, Kylee, and Kendra. Along with my brother Josh and his wonderful wife Barbara and my cute niece Makayla. It started off with everyone going but Kylee and Josh. Kylee thought she couldn't go because of nursing but her baby weaned himself a few months ago. She was just going to come along for the trip but Josh really wanted her to go and not sit by herself so....He found both of them tickets in the same section as us. It worked out perfect and was really fun as a family. We also stayed at their house and went shopping at my new favorite store called Gordman's and found some awesome stuff yard-saling. It was the perfect trip. However I really missed my family and the girls.
2) We got our POPCORN CEILING TAKEN DOWN ON FRIDAY. Yes, it is finally gone and looks amazing I need to paint it today and put my house back together.
3) We all had the flu this past week. Not fun....I never threw up but the girls and Trent did:)
