Bunny Bunny :D

Trent found this little baby bunny outside by itself and thought the girls and I would want to see it. We had just pulled in from a grocery store trip. They loved it and I did as well. We used to always find these around our house growing up, so it was fun to hold one again. Lyla was squealing with delight. Evelyn liked to watch it hop.

Lately...

The Weekly Ten :D

1)Had a fabulous photo shoot with Amanda & Conagher Monk. Ok he is officially the cutest/prettiest boy I have ever seen. We took the pics at sundown and it was perfect hot weather. This boy was out and let us pose him just how we wanted. The funnest newborn shoot ever. I borrowed the cutest baby scale from Audrey Lytle, I think it was from the 50's really cool. Amanda had some fun props, still editing will show them off soon.
2)Took Evelyn to the dentist for the first time ever. And the last time I went was when I was prego with her. Doc Robertson told me that I have a cavity, lovely. Also I need to have some gums worked on, also when I was pregnant with Evelyn my gums receded good on one side. Thanks for stealing my gums Evelyn..pregnancy is brutal on the human body. Evelyn got told that she has perfect pearly whites and to keep brushing. She loved the dentist experience, for now. We'll see after she has to have some work done.
3)Trent left us to go hunting most of the week with his dad, grandpa Leavitt, and brother Ty. They had a rough time, no showers or running water from the trailer they pulled. Trent had an antelope tag up by the Oregon border and shot at one....but they could never find where it wandered off too....weird.
4)Also while Trent was gone, our AC unit started to leak & I was forced to shut it off. Trent called me and I told him the whole story. He talked me into climbing up to where the unit was and try to unclog some pipe or something. It is in our garage over our storage space. Guess what it was really high up there and I got really dirty climbing on my elbows and knees. I also put my perfectly clean mouth on a really mucky dirty sick old pipe & blew air into it. To unclog it.....why did I do something so gross you ask??? Because I was desperate for AC in our very very hot climate. My mom was at my house with me at the time and was a huge support and help. Needless to say I get stressed out and couldn't understand what I needed to do/or how to fix it. He fixed it when he got back...phew.
5)Friday night we heard sirens down our road it went to my neighbors house. Fred Thomas passed away. Him and his wife were such a sweet couple and they will be missed by everyone. What a sad night. My mom and I were standing outside of our front door with all these flashing lights and sounds. It was such a different sight then our usual quiet nights here. We saw them pull up, then drive away, then come back. Very very sad. We will be visiting his sweet wife now.
6)Stayed at Rod & Camille's house and day yesterday & last night. Because of the AC situation it was so stuffy and about 90 degrees and humid in our house. Trent fixed it today so now we are happy happy to be back in our cool house.
7)Lyla figured out how to take a brand new roll of TP off the roll, (usually we can prevent it) she also likes to eat it too.
8)Slept pretty crappy all week long....except for one night when Trent was absent from my bed. I wasn't waking him up 10 times in a row to stop snoring. That was nice.
9)Way lazy without my pilates class, to get my workouts in.
10)My dear sis Kylee was in the ER the other night because she couldn't stop violently throwing up. They ran all sorts of tests, nothing. Might have been food poisoning. Get better soon Kylee and hopefully you don't go through that again.

The Weekly Ten :D

1)My week wasn't the same without my pilates class. They are recoating the gym floor and so we got kicked out for 3 weeks. I started a few classes in this side room, but then the smell got to strong and well it just wasn't big enough. I am using this time off to come up with some new fun exercises. Although I do miss it, I won't be shy about the fact that it has been nice to get a little break. Be back the 29th.
2)Evelyn has gone all week without wearing a diaper at night. And has not had one accident. After we forgot to put a diaper on her at the beginning of the week and she stayed dry. We thought what the heck maybe she is ready and she has been doing marvelously too. No accidents, wakes up every morning dry & comes to me at night when she needs to go. Talk about easy, she is offically potty trained!! Yaya
3)Got to meet my bf Amanda's baby boy Conagher Monk. And he is oh so dreamy. Makes me want a little guy of my own someday. I will say I have never seen a better looking mama or baby. She looks amazing and her and Tommy have a great gene pool.
4)I took Evelyn to the grocery store. And Trent stayed home with Lyla, when we got home he said that she was trying to climb up to the window seal from the couch. And fell in-between the couch and wall. Her head stopped her fall and she fell feet first. She got a pretty good bruise on her nose, and Trent said it was pretty sad, poor Lyla.
5)Went to Mesquite Monday with Trent to go look at some household stuff and go to Walmart. It was a fun family outing. Until we were driving home with some big storage bins in the back of the truck. And poof one flew off into the road. I was sad they were really cute and hot pink I got to store the girls toys in that I rotate. We went back and got it, didn't want to cause an accident and I wanted that other bin. So with a little skid marks on it we got it. he he
6)Had Gideon & Jessica Solomon over for dinner on Saturday we had lots of fun and played apples to apples until one AM. What a fun couple thanks guys.
7)Watched Dispicible Me probably 100 times, ok maybe not that many. But, we just bought and and its usually on every day. lol. It is soooo good.
8)Got a new toilet this was a few weeks ago. Oh man we were on a dwarf toilet from the 70's that barely could handle the damage it was given, or bm's, sorry tmi. But oh wow our new toilet makes me feel like a queen on her thrown. Trent installed it all by himself and put in new baseboards. I love it when we get a project done in the house. Progress is good.
9)Had the realization that life is moving way too fast. Honestly we have almost been married 5 years and have two girls who are growing like weeds. Where did the time go? It seems like yesterday when I was so anxiously waiting for Trent to get home from his mission. Missing him so much and crying because of it. And here we are with our happy little family. We are truly blessed for sure.
10)Dreamed about taking some photo shoots like I usually do on a daily basis.
*BONUS, I WAS TOLD BY A 12 YEAR OLD BOYS MOTHER THAT CAME INTO MY DADS OFFICE WHILE I WAS IN THERE, THAT HER SON/SONS THINK I AM SO HOT. SHE EMBARRASSED THEM PRETTY GOOD, IT MADE MY DAY THAT I STILL GOT SOMETHING GOING ON...HE HE. EVEN THOUGH MY HUBBY'S OPINION ON WEATHER I AM STILL HOT OR NOT MATTERS MOST. IT STILL WAS FUN TO HEAR. HA HA

1)(Most mornings she is my alarm system and comes in the room to wake me): "Honey it's time to wake up now, as she is rubbing my shoulder".
2) "Sweetie it's my turn to get on the computer now!"
3)(While lifting up one of her legs to her face) "Dude I have hairs everywhere on my leg". (mee what the?? What are you 12?)
4)"Mom come wipe me, Lyla's gonna get my poop!!"
5)(While using mommy's purse as a backpack) "Tomorrow I'm gonna go to school with all these kids to learn my ABC's".

The Joy Of Outside!!

The girls love our nice open yard. Lately they make laps around the house & love the swing set. We really love our house and yard so much. Our location is fantanstic. On a side note these were taken with Trent's camera and not mine. Hence the white noise and bluryness.

The Weekly 10:)

1)Had stake conference yesterday & today. It was really neat we had Elder Quinton L. Cook from the quorum of the twelve apostales. It was everything we needed to hear. I am so grateful to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
2)Went to a birthday party for my adorable sis in law Taryn. Happy 20th Taryn!!
3)Had dinner tonight with my mom, dad, & brother Ty. Ty now lives in Cedar City Ut. So it was fun to see him again. He seems way more grown up now.
4)Had to cancel my pilates class for the next two weeks today. They are putting a new finish on the floor at the Old Overton Gym and we were gonna use a side room they had but the fumes were WAY TO STRONG. I am sad but will work on a great new workout for my return :D
5)Lyla got some type of head cold thing. Where her eyes wouldn't stop tearing up. and her nose was running & she had a fever and would sweat it out and night. She has been miserable for the past couple of days. Is finally looking/acting like herself again.
6)Throughout the week I had all these things i was gonna write for my weekly ten, its been a long day and well, that is all she wrote because I can't remember anything else right now. oh man. I am L.A.M.E
