The Weekly Ten :D

1)Had lunch at Grandma Leavitt's on Monday. We had a blast with Lucy, Abby, & Pheobe. Just what the girls needed. And I got to paint my toe/finger nails, with my lovely sis in law Taryn. I must say she is very fashionable fo sho!!
2)Tried to beat the heat every for the next three days....MAN IT IS SO FLIPPIN HOT HERE. IF WE CAN JUST GET PAST THIS HEAT I WILL L.O.V.E LIVING HERE EVEN MORE.
3)Went to the store to get major groceries and well our only grocery store didn't have everything i needed for some dinner recipes. FRUSTRATING!!
4)Taught some awesome pilates classes. It is getting to be so fun, and I feel so comfortable with my class & teaching now. What a high!! Plus, I am looking better than I have looked in well.........YEARS. I love all of you who come to my class and support me. If you have told me you will come/or have thought about it (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE). Please erase any thought that is stopping you from coming and just come once to see what you think. I finally got my mom there, she never thought she wanted to work out in a class enviornment, and now can't get enough of my class. SHE LOVES IT, I REELED HER IN HE HE.
5)We finally have cable TV which means channels and stuff we can watch. Also means lame shows and having to really be picky about what we watch/and how much. We love having the Disney Channel for Evelyn. She gets limited TV time usually but latley with the heat I have been turning it on lately. Trent & I like having Fox, news...ok Holy TLC can have some cool shows & some "Are you kidding me?" shows. I HATE TODDLERS & TIARAS THOSE PARENTS SHOULD BE PUNCHED IN THE FREAKING FACE. THEY ARE ASKING FOR MESSED UP DAUGHTERS WHEN THEY SPRAY TAN THEM, AND TURN THEM INTO 40 YEAR OLD WOMEN. IT'S JUST WRONG HOW DRESSED UP THEY GET. I DID CINDERELLA PAGAENTS WHEN FOR A FEW YEARS WHEN I WAS A TEEN. I ACTUALLY THINK THEY BROUGHT OUT MY SELF CONFIDENCE...THEY WERE FUN. I HAVE ACTUALLY CONTEMPLATED PUTTING MY DAUGHTERS IN THEM. PROBABLY NOT... I BET THEY ARE DIFFERENT THAN THEY USED TO BE. BUT I WILL NEVER EVER PUSH THEM INTO DOING SOMETHING THEY DON'T WANT TO DO. WATCH THE SHOW AND YOU WILL BE SOOOOOO MAADDD AS A MOTHER.OK ENOUGH OF MY RANTING RAGE.
6)Trent's parents have a ranger and we strapped the girls car seats into it & went on a ride yesterday. It was pretty fun, but way too hot dude. not to mention Trent took us up some heels. Lets just say all the girls in the vehicle (Lyla, Evelyn, & I) were a little scared. Boys will be boys. Hope to get a boy someday who Trent can have a hay day with:D We stopped by Verla & Elwys house to get a popsicle and it was perfect cause it got really windy. Trent had to drive the ranger back & pick up our car at his parents house.
7)Have been trying to treat my acne, I am convinced I must live with zits & covering my gray hair for the rest of my life...YIPPEE:(
8)Lyla said a new word the other day, bum-bum. he he We were laughing & laughing. She is at such a fun/busy busy age.
9)Trent & I made a list of things that need to be replaced in out home, well it was a little depressing. Time to start saving for them. & for our morgage.
10)Lyla's hair is getting curlier by the day. I love it. Evelyn has straight as an arrow hair. I have a little girl when my hair is wet underneath where my short hair is. Maybe Lyla got a little from me.

Girls Cousins Just Wanna Have Fun!!

We have had a lot of fun with cousins lately. We had lunch at Grandma Leavitt's. Breya got to stay with Grammy & came over and had a hay-day with the girls. Josh surprised us with a visit with his girls. It was so so fun to have them over for dinner with us. We just don't see Josh & them enough. The best part is Cameron, Cary's, Afton, & Breya make Evelyn feel like she is the coolest girl in the world. It's awesome, & they all adore Lyla.

Heard Around The House, By Evelyn:

1) "I love having a little sister, Lyla is so cute and chubby!"
2) "Mom when I get bigger & bigger I can go to your pilates class too"
3) Me: "Evelyn you and Lyla have to go to bed its too early to get up".
Evelyn: "Mom when the sun comes up we get up!"
4)"Someday I will have a baby brother" (ever since the 1st Leavitt grandson was born).
5)"Please, Please, Please...when she really wants something, she is pretty stinking cute when she does this & Trent & I almost always give in...he he.
6)"After I get my work done I can go to the ball, just like Cinderella".
7)"Mom I just love you" (Insert warm-fuzzy feeling here)

The Weekly 10 :D

1)Yesterday was so scary to me. Trent cut his finger while working on his Mustang. The grinder got him good. He still had a finger thank goodness. But after he sat down on the couch to catch his breath. He spilled his water everywhere. Then I heard a groan & I thought he was just mad he spilled his water. WRONGO, he was either having a seizure or something. His eyes rolled into the back of his head, he was moaning and well, he was having convulsions and weird movement. To sum up the story, I frantically called 911 bawling and almost sent an ambulance out to our house. But Trent came too and told me to not send one out, he would be fine. Holy Moly....He then layed down & elevated his feet. I called his mom bawling & she came racing over. Also his brother Ty came over to look at the cut. It wasn't bleeding much, & he took too big of a chunk out of it to get stitches. It was deep though. I honestly had a moment when I thought is this it?? You just never know when someone you love is needed by Heavenly Father. Life is short.
2)Friday I dropped off the girls at my mother in law's and drove to St. George for the day to get errands done. I really really miss being around stores. Living here is wonderful, minus that well you have to travel a hour to get anything done. We have no pediatrician, OB, Walmart, Costco, Mall...ya nothing. So I went shopping. It was nice because I picked up some shirts for me. Never get to look at clothes without kids much. It's funny how most days you can't wait to get a brake & away from them. But, as soon as your away you want them near you. I missed Trent, Evelyn, & Lyla a lot that day. I had many not so pleasant memories in St. George before Trent's mission and well, I felt like I was stuck back in time stomping on my old grounds. I dropped lots and lots of money on that trip.
3)I made a vow to myself this week that I was going to keep the house a lot cleaner and guess what, I came through. If you just pick up little messes all day it's so much easier to keep it clean. I try to monitor how many toys the girls have out at once. I am not perfect but improving for sure.
*HONESTLY I REALLY FORGOT ABOUT THE OTHER STUFF THAT HAPPENED THIS WEEK. TRENT'S FINGER THING REALLY FLUSHED OUT THE REST OF MY MEMORY.

Lyla's Turns One...

We had the family party a week earlier than her birthday because we were out of town in AZ, for some work training for Trent. We had the party here and that was very fun to do. Lyla got many great gifts & had fun with all of her cousins. My favorite part of the party was the cake my sister Kylee made. It took hours and hours to bake & decorate it. I stayed up with her until 2:30 in the morning doing the fondant. But, man it was so worth the effort, and it was just as good as it was cute. SHE IS AMAZING AND JUST STARTED DOING CAKES. The coolest part is she makes her own fondant and everything. An even cooler thing about Kylee is she has one eye, (she received a fake one after eye cancer when she was three) and never ever lets her one eye hold back her very many talents. She is truly a gifted artist. I love her so much. Thanks Kylee for taking the time to make this birthday special. And thanks to everyone else who came to the party & helped us celebrate.

Tale Of The Two Princesses

Once Upon A Time...there lived two little Leavitt girls who liked to dress up as Rupunzel & Snow White. They had a hard time sharing toys with each other. They were loved by King Trent & Queen Tara very much. They had lots of emotionally/dramatic moments. They laughed, they cried. One day they will find true love and marry a prince in the temple. And hopefully gain control of their emotions....YA RIGHT! The End.

Summer Fun

We have been really busy this summer. Swimming fun, A fun AZ trip where we got to see great friends and Great Grandma Leslie & Grandpa Ron. We ate out on their patio and it was charming. Wish we could see them more often. I almost didn't put the one up of me and the girls in the pool, cause the shadows are so bad, and that drives me crazy. But, want to remember swimming with my friend Amy!!
